This proposed coastal home is to be built in Misty Cliffs, a secluded conservation village on the Cape Peninsula, known for its dramatic scenery and proximity to the ocean.
The design responds to the site’s natural slope, with the entrance leading into the main living areas on the upper level. The main bedroom is positioned half a level down, opening onto the pool deck , and two guest bedrooms are positioned beneath the living space.
A mature milkwood tree near the entrance has been preserved and integrated into the design as a focal point. Low mono-pitch roofs with clerestory windows bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape.
